Supplier terms

  1. Free, always. We will never charge suppliers to register, list, receive invitations, respond or see outcomes.
  2. Your account: keep your sign-in details to yourself and your company details up to date.
  3. Your documents: shared only with the buyer of each quote you respond to, and you see the list before you submit.
  4. Your listing: you choose whether buyers can find you, and you can switch it off at any time.
  5. Decisions: buyers decide awards; Tenderscape doesn't choose who wins.
  6. Your data: see the supplier privacy notice.
  7. Closing your account: email support@tenderscape.co.uk. We close it and delete your data as the supplier privacy notice sets out; responses you have already sent stay with the buyers who received them, as part of their records.
  8. Who we are: Tenderscape is a product of Lanayr Ltd, registered in Scotland, company number SC689824. Registered office: 74 Union Street, Hamilton, ML3 6NE.
  9. Changes: we'll email you at least 30 days before we change these terms.
