This notice covers this website, www.tenderscape.co.uk. Personal data in the Tenderscape application at app.tenderscape.co.uk is covered by the agreement with each customer organisation.

Who we are

Tenderscape is a trading name of Lanayr Ltd, a company registered in Scotland with company number SC689824. Our registered office is 74 Union Street, Hamilton, ML3 6NE. Lanayr Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect and why

When you request a demo, a report rebuild or a Health Check, we collect your name, work email, organisation, type of organisation, job title (if given), the topics you choose and any message you write. We use it only to reply to you, provide what you asked for, and follow up about Tenderscape. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to an enquiry you have made.

If you sign up for the monthly update, we use the same details to send it to you once a month. Our lawful basis is consent, which you give by signing up. You can withdraw it at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any update, and we’ll stop sending it.

We also record the page you sent the request from and, if the link you followed had them, its campaign tags (for example utm_source) or the website that referred you. This tells us which of our pages and campaigns are useful. It doesn’t identify you.

If we agree a Health Check and you send us finance data for it, we use it only for the Health Check, under terms agreed with you in writing, and delete it once the Health Check is done, unless you ask us to keep it.

To stop automated spam, we also store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser’s user agent with the request. We can’t identify you from the hash.

We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

Cookies

This website doesn’t set cookies. If you choose the light or dark theme, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage and never sent to us.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data or share it for marketing. These providers process it for us under contract:

• Vercel Inc. hosts this website.
• Supabase Inc. stores demo requests in a database in Dublin, Ireland.
• Resend Inc. sends our emails to you, such as the confirmation of your request and the monthly update, from Ireland (EU).
• HubSpot (our CRM): enquiries and sign-ups from this website, demo bookings and business contact records. Hosted in HubSpot’s EU data centre.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the UK, it is protected by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. We keep monthly update sign-ups until you unsubscribe. If you become a customer, your details move to our customer records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. To make a request, write to us at the address above, email support@tenderscape.co.uk or use our contact form (choose “Something else” as the type of organisation and tell us what you need). We’ll reply within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
