Tenderscape started with a simple observation: most public money in Scotland is spent below the regulated thresholds, where the tools are a spreadsheet, an inbox and a purchase order. The evidence that a decision was fair and good value is scattered or missing, and small suppliers rarely get a look in.

We’re building the workspace we wanted when we were doing the job: quick enough that people use it, and thorough enough that the record stands up to audit.
