One profile, less repetition. Free for suppliers, always.
Register once and keep one Supplier Passport. Be found by public bodies that use Tenderscape, get matched to their quick quotes and ask to quote, instead of waiting to be known. You choose whether to be listed.

What an invitation looks like
A buyer can invite you directly, or open a quote to matched suppliers so you can ask to quote. When a quote matches your categories and area, you can get an alert: “New quote that matches your business”, with whether your Passport is ready.
How buyers find you
- Registered on Tenderscape: you choose whether to be listed, and can switch it off in Settings at any time. Buyers see your business details and which of your documents are current – never a readiness score.
- Invited by another public body: buyers may see that other public bodies use you, never what you quoted.
- Named in a published award notice: buyers see the award details already published on Public Contracts Scotland, never your contact details. They can invite you to register, and you decide whether to join.

What you can reuse
Suppliers add their company details once and reuse them in every response. Your Supplier Passport holds your insurance, accreditations and policies with their expiry dates, and your Fair Work First declaration.
Tenderscape shows you what’s missing, expired or expiring before it costs you a contract. When you respond, only the documents that quote asks for are shared with that buyer, and you see the list before you submit.
